Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with property owners, financing banks, and asset managers. Promoting Wayfarer’s brand in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Source and evaluate deals for hotel management and acquisition joint ventures. Conduct due diligence, including market research and risk assessment. Develop and manage cash flow projections and financial models. Structure and negotiate deals to optimize financial returns.
